Make room for your next chapter.
Whether you are preparing a property for new tenants, clearing a spare room or arranging a larger house clearance, start with a room-by-room overview. Photos make it easier to understand the amount of furniture, bags and loose items involved.
Full and part clearances
Tell the team which rooms are being cleared, what is staying and whether lofts, garages or outbuildings are included. Keep documents, valuables and personal belongings separate from anything marked for removal.
End-of-tenancy clearance
Let the team know your handover date, whether the property will be occupied and who will provide access. A clearance covers the agreed items for removal; cleaning, repairs and decorating should be arranged separately unless explicitly agreed.
What to ask about
- Single rooms and part-property clearances
- Unwanted furniture and household contents
- Landlord and end-of-tenancy clear-outs
- Garage and loft contents, subject to safe access
How much will it cost?
Every load is different. Waste type, volume, weight, stairs, carrying distance and access can affect the quote. See how pricing works, then send photos for an assessment.
